Original Restaurant Christophe Prayer, in the kitchen since 1991, represents the third generation since the establishment was founded. You can feel the family atmosphere and respect for tradition in the restaurant, which has retained its rustic, mountain feel. In addition to fondues, raclettes and tartiflettes, you can discover the chef's own creations: conchiglioni with crayfish and pesto, or back of saithe braised with Crémant de Die and ravioles. Local products are favored, and plates are presented with great care. Wines are classic and affordable, and the selection by the glass is extensive. Service is discreet.
