Gourmet Restaurant In reference to their former address in the center of Grenoble, Le Rousseau, now based in Pont-de-Claix, has kept the same ambitions. On the plate and in the glass, products carefully selected for their respect for the environment. Here, ingredients are cooked according to season, with a focus on textures and flavors: cod, Jerusalem artichoke, croustillant de brandade for example, which combines the softness of the fish, the crunchiness of the brandade and the velvety purée of the Jerusalem artichoke. Slightly less enthusiastic about the "œuf cocotte morilles" (dried morel mushrooms), and the correct mango meringue dessert. Hugo is also a sommelier and can guide you through the 300 or so biodynamic and natural wine references he has selected.
