The restaurant is all fire and flame, with a large central fireplace that delights meat lovers and gourmets alike. Here, everything is homemade, with local seasonal produce making up the menu. On the menu, quality meats subtly grilled over a wood fire: beef, veal, duck... Accompanied by perfectly prepared seasonal vegetables: butternut purée, baby carrots, French fries, aligot or salad to suit your taste. At lunchtime, an affordable express menu brings together managers, craftsmen and regulars in a warm, relaxed atmosphere.
