Gourmet Restaurant This superb hotel's bistro, skillfully orchestrated by gastro chef Florent Pietravalle, is more than just a showpiece. It's an opportunity for many visitors to enjoy these historic premises, with the service of a grand house. At lunchtime and in the evenings, you can choose from an à la carte menu priced at around €50, with delightful dishes such as veal sweetbread pâté, vegetable lasagne with mushroom parmesan and stracciatella, and an impeccable opera for dessert. The extensive wine cellar has the right answers for the region, with glasses priced at around €10 (Mont Redon, La Nerthe, La Canorgue...).
