The pretty Place des Châtaignes is home to this honorable little table, welcoming and sincere in its eco-responsible approach. Vegetables are well represented, but all omnivores will find pleasure in the short, varied menu: corn velouté, foie gras mi-cuit and pomegranate mirror, low-temperature chicken supreme and plancha roasted vegetables with foie gras jus, Duroc du Ventoux pig, cocoa-glazed parfait. Smiling, engaging welcome, well-stocked cellar.
