The famous house just off the Palais continues to thrive, thanks to Guilhem Sevin, now custodian of the scepter. In this setting, where all Avignonnais once celebrated a rare moment, the chef treats his noble products with respect and care, grouping them together in a beautiful €100 menu: langoustines with homemade satay, leek and shell coulis vinaigrette, filet of red mullet with celery and walnut olive oil and iodized beurre blanc, medallion of veal cooked in its own juice, sweetbreads in nuggets and multicolored cauliflower before the varied desserts of the "dînette gourmande". Good service in a family atmosphere, with a large wine cellar in and around Châteauneuf.
