Gault&Millau's review 2026

The ideal location, facing the Palais des Papes, is enough to motivate the troops. You won't be lulled into complacency, but the terrace is very appealing all the same. So, even if the full menu at €38 isn't cheap, we're happy to give such a place a toque and play it safe: cappuccino of chestnut squash with pine nuts and monk's head, roast back of salmon with shellfish cream and grilled corn powder, confit of Ventoux pork ribs with blueberry condiment jus de cuisson, crispy salted butter caramel tube. You can also enjoy the house with the lunch menu, or the wine bar with the planks.
