Sponsored Customers call it "the best steakhouse in Paris". For three years now, the Beef Marais Steakhouse has been delighting them with the quality of meat that has made its reputation, "just like the kindness of the welcome, the service and the generosity of the plates", hastens founder Christophe Soret to add. The choice of meat breeds is the key to his success, and he doesn't skimp on quality: prime rib and entrecôte are Limousin, when it's not Irish, Argentinian or the famous Black Angus. Quite exceptional cuts are often offered, matured for three to six weeks. All meats are accompanied by the inevitable French fries, seasonal vegetables and homemade sauces. Beware, Le Beef also offers "beautiful and genuine proposals to our vegetarian friends", stresses the owner who, in 2023, duplicated his concept in a second restaurant, 10 rue du Paradis, in the Xe arrondissement. It has the same strong points: 7/7 opening and continuous service on Saturdays and Sundays.
