"Le restaurant de feu" has a traditional feel and champions a well-associated canaille cuisine, working above all with meat and old-fashioned recipes. The style is simple and the results generous: black pudding, sausage, rillettes, duck foie gras terrine, veal kidneys, 5A andouillette, duck leg confit, entrecote steak, leg of lamb... Classic desserts.
