Gault&Millau's review2026
The dining room is impressive, with its rough stonework and peasant furniture, naturally reminiscent of the island's inns. The Corsican embassy in the heart of the Marais is a little corner of sunshine, which we always enjoy returning to, for its traditional dishes and good sourcing. The menu is well equipped, with charcuterie platters, soft-boiled egg, Corsican tomme cream, crispy prisuttu and green oil, cannelloni with brocciu, pine nuts and chard, tomato and arugula sauce, quasi de veau à la plancha, roasted zucchini, zucchini caviar and Corsican cape cooking juice, a must-try fiadone with brocciu, citrus and fresh mint. Well-stocked Corsican cellar.
