Chef's Restaurant In April 2023, they took over the restaurant at Château du Mollard, a beautiful 14th-century building with a terrace overlooking the valley. Samuel Didier, a graduate of the Institut Paul Bocuse, works in the kitchen with executive chef Kevin Michelon, while Alexandrine Robert, with her training in oenology, looks after the cellar and dining room of this beautiful house on the heights of Saint-Marcellin. The results are very promising, and the creativity of the dishes blends perfectly with the medieval decor of the château. Foie gras marinated in sangria, served with a sangria espuma, is accompanied by a glass of red Ventoux, while the lamb noisette, from Didier Alibe, is more classic and flavorful, cooked to perfection in green velvet with a full-bodied, fragrant jus, creamy polenta with herbs and dried apricot. A daring dessert with creamy white chocolate and cauliflower marinated in tonka bean syrup. Interesting cellar and good pairing suggestions from an experienced, precise and attentive maître d'hôtel.
