Chef's Restaurant Of course, there's the enviable location, at the foot of the well-preserved ruins of a 13th-century château, but also the vast panoramic terrace, which is very popular in fine weather. At the helm, Christèle Vanheule, in the dining room, and her husband Xavier, in the kitchen, form a passionate and welcoming couple, leaving nothing to chance, with constant attention paid to each and every guest. The cuisine is classic, with just enough personality to keep our two toques this year, for the cabbage stuffed with oxtail and pot au feu broth flavored with autumn truffles, the lovely back of pollack at low temperature and clementines, and the classic and successful combination of pear and honey for dessert. Consistent prices.
