Sponsored La Riboterie is more than just a craft brewery. It's a place where beer is enjoyed like a vintage wine. A story of passion, terroir... and a touch of madness to boot! In its vats, the beer reinvents itself: authentic and subtly refined, each cuvée marries the power of malt with the delicacy of spices. A unique alchemy, born of the desire to shake up codes and offer a singular tasting experience. In the cellar, characterful blondes with ginger, fresh beers with rye and Timut pepper rub shoulders with seasonal creations... But La Riboterie is also a haven of peace with a chic guinguette atmosphere, with its large shaded terrace under a pergola, and its warm interior featuring a stage for concerts, plays or private events. In the restaurant, the 100% seasonal, homemade menu evolves according to inspiration and new arrivals. Guests can enjoy brazier-grilled meats by Patachon (a former Parisian chef turned locavore caterer), snails, roast Camembert cheese... In short, a brewer of conviviality!
