Gault&Millau's review 2025

A member of the Oetker Collection group, this contemporary palace was designed by India Mahdavi and Joseph Dirand. The designers chose to shake up classic mountain codes to create a refined atmosphere inspired by modernist architect Charlotte Perriand. And you can't help but succumb to the discreet luxury of the 53 rooms and suites, with their cosy, elegant ambience, not to mention the immense penthouse and two private chalets. The common areas are perfectly proportioned, the kitchen, under the guidance of new chef Romain Antoine, offers traditional dishes at L'Apogée Club or exceptional meats at the Beefbar Courchevel, and the La Prairie spa provides the most exquisite relaxation. Last but not least, ski-in ski-out access to the 600 km of the Trois Vallées ski area. Yes, sooner or later you'll have to resign yourself to leaving this delightful refuge to get a taste of powder!
