This is one of La Rochelle's finest restaurants, led by a talented chef committed to sustainable fishing. To offer his guests the very best, Christopher Coutanceau has transformed this former shipowner's residence into a warm and intimate hotel (member of Relais & Châteaux), which now boasts 11 rooms and suites. Decorated by local architects Mur-Mur, all the rooms are discreetly luxurious, with sober lines blending with beautiful Art Deco pieces. The interior patio houses a heated swimming pool where you can do your laps before relaxing on a deckchair in the shade of the palm trees. Right in the heart of La Rochelle, a popular tourist destination, a haven of calm and charm.
