Sponsored La Couleur du Renard, a pretty name chosen by Laris Nadjar, Head Chef, and Camille Mazel-Sanchez, Pastry Chef, in reference to a Japanese expression that poetically evokes the Maillard reaction or coloring of a food. Located next to the Saint-Aubin market, which stretches around the church of the same name, the two chefs offer a French cuisine, sometimes with Asian touches, which expresses itself thanks to their mastery of cooking, flavor combinations and world spices, which they work with finesse and elegance. In their contemporary dining room, decorated with noble materials and featuring plants, culinary preparations, recipes and bottles of wine, you can choose from a lunch menu renewed every month, a more sophisticated three- or five-course discovery menu in the evening, and a Sunday brunch at noon. The two chefs draw inspiration for their recipes not only from the local produce of Toulouse, but also from their personal experiences and travels around the world. Two pleasant terraces to welcome you: one facing the canal and the second in the patio at the rear of the restaurant.
