Regulars won't miss the detour to this hidden address, where they'll find an inspired menu, both for lunch (€25) and dinner (€39, including dessert), featuring arancino with saffron rice and smoked provola heart, fettuccelle with stracciatella beet cream and Piedmont hazelnuts, and moelleux pistache chantilly mascarpone pistache coulis with dark chocolate.
