Sponsored Antide and Amélie, who won the Coupe de France de Burgers, have taken over and renovated this 16th-century building, offering villagers a taste of street food. But that's not all! Old-school local flavors such as pig's trotters and morel crust with Arbois wine are also on the menu. And it's a real treat because everything is homemade. "In our smokehouse, we smoke salmon, duck breast and charcuterie," they say, before adding: "Our secret is to use only local craftsmen, market gardeners and breeders whose animals have grown up in good conditions and are fed with fodder from their own fields. So, their delights follow the seasons! We note that their civic-minded attitude results in perfect waste management. And because a good meal should be accompanied and rounded off by the right notes, they offer wines from local winemakers in harmony with the dishes, homemade gourmet desserts too, and coffees from a MOF roaster.
