At the entrance to the village, a table much appreciated by locals and visitors alike for its good humor and well-traveled dishes. Simply decorated, with cheerful colors and a happy atmosphere, the room welcomes the personal and warm compositions of Nina, who likes to reconcile terroirs and cultures. Not surprisingly, it's not uncommon in this corner of the Haute-Marne to come across homemade velouté and egg rolls, chicken with onions and lemons, samosas... And all with a passion. Smiling service.
