Sponsored In the heart of the port district, Gaëtan Loncle has created this festive, warm and atypical place, adorned with Carrara marble sculptures designed by Nice artist Nicolas Bianco. At the piano, the chefs excel, each in his own speciality: Italian recipes for the Neapolitan Chef, cooking and sauces for the French Chef. The seasons have pride of place on a menu that varies according to market produce, regularly inviting suggestions, and on the weekday lunch menu. The Châteaubriand is the star: a heart of grilled beef fillet to share, with truffle rigatoni. But pasta and risottos, whole sea bass a la plancha, Angus beef parsley, foie gras... are also marvels for the senses. And to accompany these exceptional dishes, a hundred or so French wines make up the wine list. On Friday and Saturday evenings, a DJ enlivens your evenings, which you can enjoy all year round by sipping a fabulous Signature cocktail created by the head bartender. From the terrace, you can see the port of Nice just a few steps away.
