Gourmet Restaurant For the past six years, this discreet bistro in the Port district has been serving local and tourist customers a cuisine that's right at home. The menu changes every month, featuring local produce, and even if the time has passed for "chabrot" (adding red wine to soup and drinking it straight from the plate), there's no need to hesitate to sauce up the dishes: lamb sweetbreads with beet, Hautes-Alpes lamb in two ways with saffron cauliflower purée and red wine sauce, tarte Tatin revisited with gingerbread... To quench your thirst, the menu is geared more towards biodynamic and natural wines. We regret the absence of a menu, which would reduce the bill to around €60 for a complete three-course sequence with a glass of wine.
