Description
Sponsored Between the Rhône and Jura crests, with the Chartreuse and Vercors mountains in the background, this picturesque village in the Bas-Bugey region is home to the Auberge de l'Huis, run by Chef Fabrice Detournay. With Saint-Marcellin salad, burgers, fine cuts of beef, 5A andouillette with home fries, roast camembert with charcuterie board, fish and chips, trout meunière, frogs' legs, not forgetting vegetarian options, the dishes are generous and delicious. Fabrice's passion for fine nectars has led him to select some of the finest vintages he keeps in his wine cellar, which he will be happy to suggest to match your chosen dishes. Karaoke, concerts and dinner shows are organized all year round (see the agenda on Facebook) and, for your events, the restaurant can be privatized for up to 60 people. As soon as spring arrives, the magnificent setting of the large outdoor terrace under the immense lime tree invites you to take a relaxing break.
