Gourmet Restaurant A true professional, Olivier Arlot, also in Saint-Cyr, provides a high level of service with this modern bistro, which has all the makings of a business and pleasure restaurant. In this contemporary setting, the cuisine is contemporary, with well-sourced and skilfully prepared products, without risk, but with efficiency and taste: meurette-style perfect egg, carpaccio of scallops with celery granny and citrus vinaigrette, filet of duck with braised endives and citrus spinach cacao juice before a sweet dessert of apple hazelnut crumble with vanilla ice cream. The à la carte menu will set you back around €50, but there's a good weekday menu at €29 on the daily slate.
