Par ici la bonne galette, just down the street from Les Halles, with its carefully crafted, tasteful fillings made from well-chosen ingredients. The Tourangelle goat's cheese with mushrooms and bacon is €8, the Guéméné with andouille sausage and cider €9.90. The same care goes into the sweet dishes (pomme amande chantilly at €7.90), with omelettes and salads to round things off.
