The menu includes a number of well-executed ideas, as well as an à la carte menu and a €25 set menu, which includes duck parmentier, snacked scallops with creamy Jerusalem artichoke sauce, Morteau sausage with Fourme d'Ambert sauce, and beef tataki with home fries.
