Gourmet Restaurant In this small village on the Causses du Quercy, opposite the church, this friendly establishment offers well-crafted, local cuisine that is renewed each year with great inventiveness. The proposals are not lacking in height, and demonstrate undeniable technique and research. The €47 menu offers good value for money, with its langoustine velouté, pan-fried foie gras with asparagus, orange reduction and Tonka bean, lamb canon with thyme and wild thyme, mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables, generous chocolate cream and strawberry shortbread tart. Good accompaniment by the glass.
