Gourmet Restaurant Our two winners of the Gault&Millau Dotation pour les Jeunes Talents served their first plates in the summer of 2018 and, since then, the success has never wavered. This highly complementary duo, who met in Paris, built this stripped-down neobistro with the aim of offering cuisine that's both fresh and uninhibited, sparkling and modern, relying essentially on the daily market. Nice little cellar, cheerful atmosphere.
