Gourmet Restaurant This is a solid, elegant and contemporary restaurant in a beautiful neighborhood, with a mild climate and good service for a contemporary cuisine that mixes genres with aptness in a versatile menu: detox salad, pâté en croûte, ceviche, Italian-style beef tartar, tigre qui pleure, quasi de veau artichaut pommes charlottes... You'll be delighted to pick and choose from the full menu at €55, including tarte Tatin with rosemary and Isigny cream. There's also a decent selection by the glass (Mas Neuf, Minuty...).
