Gourmet Restaurant Traditionally, when a gastronomic restaurant and a bistro coexist, the latter is located on the first floor, while the flagship occupies the first floor. At Stéphanie Le Quellec's, architectural constraints mean that customers of the "four toques" have to go into a blind basement, while the first floor, open to the street via large bay windows, is reserved for the bistro. But don't worry, lunch here is anything but a punishment, whether you sit at the counter or not. The weekly menu, at €49, is undoubtedly the best choice, but you can also pick from the à la carte menu (and its spelling mistakes...), with the beautiful raw scallops with fennel and citrus vinaigrette, the grilled black mullet, sucrine and potatoes (a little firm) and the classic citrus pavlova. Service a little distracted.
