Chef's Restaurant For some years now, this has been Nevers' finest table, an institution where business meals and special occasions come naturally. Behind the discreet façade, Marie-Hélène welcomes you into an intimate setting, including a charming vaulted dining room, while Jean-Michel Couron imagines a fine gastronomic cuisine, serious and well-crafted. On the €57 menu: asparagus, organic soft-boiled egg cracked with mustard seed, shavings of duck foie gras and Parmesan, filet of lean beef cooked on the skin, artichokes, miso, peanuts and capers, roasted veal, crushed cauliflower, shiitake and garlic confit, Tonka bean jus. Well-stocked cellar.
