Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of Chavignol, right on the town square, the famous Bourgeois winegrowing family (Domaine Henri Bourgeois) offers a quality hotel and restaurant on a renowned Sancerrois parcel. The cuisine of Jean-Marc Bourgeois and chef Frédéric Collin nevertheless knows how to get out of the village to find good products from elsewhere, put on the air with respect and care, like the crab in cotriade jelly, lemon gel and miso-tomato, the golden duckling a la plancha, beet and plum, reduced with red wine from the estate, or the Madagascar vanilla millefeuille from a good €45 Découverte menu.
