Gourmet Restaurant Jean-Marc Bourgeois welcomes you to his family's hotel restaurant in Chavignol. The region is obviously in the spotlight, starting with the wines, sourced from the region's finest producers, and the famous crottins, which you can sample in three versions of maturation. The dishes offer distinctive tastes and masterful cooking, like the supreme of poultry in sage velvet available on the discovery menu, accompanied by vegetables of the moment and smoked milk. You can also enjoy the house specialties on the expression menu, such as tagliatelle with chavignol crottin and hot soufflé with seasonal fruits, in a setting that is now more akin to a fine bistro.
