Gourmet Restaurant Now, under the name "Excoffier Père et fils", this discreet and friendly restaurant continues its adventure. Sasha has joined his father Philippe (they had a common mentor, Guy Martin, the father at Divonne les Bains, the son at Le Grand Véfour) to offer more of this sincere bourgeois cuisine, modernized, polished and polished to the very tip of the spatula: ravioles of white asparagus philadelphia and piquillos, spelt and chanterelle risotto, shoulder of lamb confit seven hours jus corsé with thyme. The two great stars of the place, the pâté en croûte and the soufflés, savory or sweet (a dozen proposals), are of course in the spotlight.
