Gourmet Restaurant The Cocottes spirit as intended by Christian Constant, still under the guidance of the neighboring Violon d'Ingres, works rather well, even if we're back to a fairly classic bistro menu, but with a wide range of dishes and well-executed plates: couteaux plancha with sauce vierge and pistou, pavé de saumon basquaise, pigeon en cocotte cuisses confites.... And you won't want to miss the famous chocolate tart from the creator of the place, just as you'll want to keep an eye on the weekly menu, always attractive with its home-cooked or local dishes (veal axoa on Mondays, cassoulet on Saturdays). Excellent choices on the wine list (La Reméjeanne, Tollot Beaut, Les Creisses) and Quintaine de Thévenet or Clos Marie by the glass.
