Gourmet Restaurant We tasted the bistro in the spring, but we know Mathieu Moity well enough to know that the young chef has the resources and the knowledge of the terroir to make a few dishes shine in gastro and tasting mode. According to his wishes and inspiration, in the end, we remain in a rather bistronomic register, with a contemporary vision, and in a pleasant space extended by a terrace overlooking the boulevard: vitello tonnato well done, with a pineapple piquillo brunoise, fresh pollack ceviche, pan-fried watermelon liver in a fine dashi broth, worth two toques, monkfish pea, smoked pil pil, black garlic gel and grapefruit segment, showing a certain inventiveness, like the mole sauce on the duck breast. Honorable chocolate tartlet for dessert, coffee siphon, citrus confit heart, small but efficient service, good wine list, varied from all regions.
