Gourmet Restaurant Based on an old farmhouse, a beautiful stone and Roman tile house, extended by a successful contemporary extension. The whole, on the outskirts of the village, is very welcoming and offers a more accessible annex to Clair de la Plume, in the village. At the table, the cuisine is based on a rather evolved peasant tradition, with suggestions depending on the market: spelt risotto, salmon Bömlo plancha with celery purée, côte de boeuf aligot...
