Original Restaurant Simple, as the name suggests, between the Loire and the old town. Clear, evocative proposals, borrowing from tradition and home cooking, which doesn't make them archaic: watercress velouté with chorizo cream, pot-au-feu gribiche, pork belly confit at low temperature with honey and rosemary, butternut mousseline. Good choice of desserts, lunch menu under €20.
