Gourmet Restaurant Already twenty years old, this bistro in the historic center of town is a faithful meeting place for a clientele from Touraine. This is no exception to the rule: bistronomic cuisine that's always up to date with the latest trends, expertise in the classics, and a menu that's renewed every week. Ideas are executed with great consistency; this time, a crispy avocado, shrimp and grapefruit tartlet, a market fish fillet, herbed fregola sarda and bone jus creamed with lobster oil, a low-temperature chicken supreme, mashed potatoes and chicken jus creamed with yellow wine, a Deuvalière-style tiramisù. Lunch menu €26.
