Gilles Hémart has found the right formula to make his restaurant one of the most popular in the area, with its warm decor and luminous setting, blending Art Deco and contemporary styles in a constant tribute to the bistro style. His restaurant is a firm fixture on the menu, where you'll return year after year with the pleasure of a relevant menu, featuring flame-grilled venison, camomile coulis, pickled radish and caramelized onion glaze; fish steamed in Touraine wine, arancini and squid ink tuile; veal in spice breadcrumbs, passion fruit cauliflower cream and caper jus; and a dessert of chocolate cream, celery confit and fregola.
