Gourmet Restaurant Case is a brand-new restaurant in the historic heart of Tours, not far from the famous Place Plum', replacing the Atelier Gourmand. A fresh, modern address, just like chef Rodolphe Boidron. A native of the region, he highlights the local heritage, while opening it up to the world through the use of ingredients from elsewhere. A case in point is the starter, a crispy yet melting octopus with chimichurri sauce, fresh shiso tempura and millet; or the dessert of fresh figs, rosemary ganache on a Breton shortbread base. The cellar is well thought-out, with a number of confidential estates brought to the fore.
