Sponsored Démé (Démétrio Lavilla) is a lively restaurant! There are also irresistible pizzas inspired by family recipes... And tasty pastas and antipastis. When it comes to taste and indulgence, you can rely on the talent of the man who was French pizza champion in 2019 in the "large pizzas" category and Ile-de-France champion in 2023. His generosity and sense of sharing are reflected in his dishes. If you come here for Italian immersion, you're in for a treat! The Démé pizza with gorgonzola, mozzarella, honey, speck and walnuts, for example, is enjoyed in a family atmosphere (with Eva, Chloé, Charles...), extremely warm and with an obviously Italian musical ambience. Also well-established in Fontainebleau since 2022, Chez Démé in Samois has a bucolic feel and a "vacation" spirit that's sure to please. Depending on the weather, you can sit down in one of the two dining rooms or, as soon as possible, on the terrace, on the banks of the Seine, on a pontoon... to admire nature and swans!
