Original Restaurant The new season at Château de Courcelles was accompanied by the arrival of a new chef, Massimiliano Sena (in place since July 2024), succeeding Benjamin Collombat, who ended up staying only a few months. We weren't thrilled with our first experience, and before stepping through the gates of this immense and magnificent park again, we'll give this chef from Campania time to make his mark.
