Gourmet Restaurant A trendy, chic venue on the Rhone-Rhine canal, consisting of a floating restaurant and rooftop, ideal for warm summer evenings. To run the kitchens, the owners have called on chef Benoît Migeon, formerly of Le Crocodile and whose reputation is well established, for a well-calibrated contemporary cuisine. On the menu: sea bass marinated in turmeric, ginger emulsion, sweet and sour vegetables, steamed cod, black rice with grapes and pecans, verjuice and lovage emulsion, roast beef, girolles au jus and potato siphon, dark chocolate cream, choco crumble, raw and poached pear tartar, tonka bean ice cream...
