Chef's Restaurant Lucile and Alexys Fuchs have taken the family home to a new level. Alexy, following in his father Benoît's footsteps, draws on the knowledge he has acquired to nourish a personal cuisine that is not content with terroir and tradition: langoustines in tartar acidulated with cucumber water and tomato sorbet piquillos, grilled sea bass ratatouille confit parmesan crumble lobster cream, melon and peach infused with lemongrass vanilla ice cream. A beautiful four-course menu at €88, in addition to the classics on the menu: pan-fried foie gras and grilled mirabelle plums, lobster and cuttlefish spaghetti, grilled veal entrecôte with tonato sauce...
