Gourmet Restaurant At the Chalet de Brou, in the beautiful room with its blonde parquet flooring, the focus is clearly on local produce, and you'll logically find all the Bresse must-haves, including a chicken liver cake with lobster sauce and chicken in all its states, plus a few dishes to satisfy meat lovers or the fish of the day... The cellar is decent, the service well run and the prices fair.
