Andréas and Estelle Baehr, winners of the Gault&Millau award, are the embodiment of the new Bresse generation, taking on even greater scope and height in their new address on rue Gustave Doré. The décor is tasteful, uncluttered, contemporary and warm, where the chef blossoms and offers a cuisine d'auteur that is ever more precise, capturing in the plate the memories of their sojourns in New Zealand and Brittany. Blind-tasting formulas range from €30 to €75 for six courses, and are accompanied by intelligent food and wine pairings (bugey cerdon de la Cuverie, Gaudry, Tissot, crozes-hermitage de Laurent Habrard...)
