Chef's Restaurant Happy and fulfilled. By moving from the corner of rue des Bons Enfants to rue Gustave Doré in 2024, Andréas and Estelle Baehr have given their restaurant a whole new dimension, with a beautiful terrace, parking directly opposite, a much more spacious and functional kitchen and, above all, a superb dining room (designed by a local architect) that's warm, contemporary and lively. Our two Gault&Millau Dotation recipients can look to the future with confidence, and in the medium term, why not aim for a third toque: raw Noirmoutier sea bass marinated in Nyons olive oil and a cabbage variation, Bresse pigeon in two ways with lightly creamed sauerkraut and braised carrot before a crumpled conference pear with cerdon, hazelnut financier, toast ice cream and chestnut emulsion. In the dining room, the young team is perfectly at ease around Estelle Baehr, who advises on an attractive, mainly regional wine cellar.
