Sponsored Irma and her chef husband Éric have founded Besame Mucho, a concept dedicated to the Mexican cuisine of their native land. It includes a restaurant, a street-food corner (empanadas, for example) and a delicatessen full of treasures. In their bright, well-served restaurant, you'll savor the gastronomic heritage of humanity that Eric brings to a refined, modern world. His mastery of spices and seasonings is perfect. To illustrate the talent he employs in his regularly changing menu of homemade suggestions, let's mention the marinated tuna, avocado carpaccio on crystal bread. The taste buds are equally delighted with other offerings, such as the corn chips made on the premises and, above all, the guacamole: traditionally made right at the table in a volcanic stone mortar. It couldn't be fresher or more delicious! Finally, a lovely gluten-free dessert of corn leaf, cardamom mousse and tequila sauce. Let's set off on a wonderful journey!
