Chef's Restaurant Belle Maison, one of the cornerstones of Franck Baranger and Edouard Bobin's Pantruchoise (Pantruche, Caillebotte, Coucou, Café Mirette), occupies the iodized side of the group and pays homage to the name of the beach on the Ile d'Yeu that the two founders frequented as children. In this rather original setting, whose blue-and-white-tiled walls could be reminiscent of a fishmonger's, you're sure to fall for the pretty crab cannelloni with cardamom almond sauce (even if the very deep container isn't very practical) and the generous scallops in tom kha kaï broth with their leek, Jerusalem artichoke and (some) cockle fondue. Well-crafted bistro desserts (including the must-have of winter 2024, the Mont-Blanc here with chamomile sorbet and black lemon meringue), and a cellar with some very nice choices.
