Sponsored With 28 years' experience in Grenoble, six years ago Alain Jaroudi opened Bayrout, his fourth restaurant, two of which he managed, the previous three having been highly successful. This time, the chef set himself a challenge: an all-you-can-eat buffet, but with top-of-the-range Lebanese dishes and gastronomy. The challenge paid off, with lunchtime and evening customers begging for more. Hummus, tabbouleh, eggplant caviar, moussaka, marinated chicken in garlic sauce... typical Lebanese cuisine is on the menu. Take-away sales also delight gourmets won over by this alliance of flavours, spices and colors. On site, the team will help you appreciate the finesse of Lebanese gastronomy. The décor is an invitation to travel, as is the wine list! Groups are welcome. Alain Jaroudi is also available for your private and professional events. On the first Sunday of the month, enjoy a Lebanese brunch. Alain Jaroudi loves to pass on his knowledge, and is proud to be training the next generation of chefs. His motto: "Eating is a need, knowing how to eat is an art".
