Gourmet Restaurant It's not a timetable, nor a recommendation: you can come whenever you like, and even several days in a row if you wish, to sample Pierrick Vasseur's fine cuisine. His seasonal menu is always pleasing, with a choice that's succinct and sufficient: marinated tuna and roasted endive, farmhouse guinea fowl supreme with Dauphiné morel cream and gratin, or the signature octopus dish with black garlic cream and venerated rice risotto. The complete formula, at €37, is a good value, with a pleasant chocolate citrus dessert. A few wines by the glass from a geographically varied selection, with an emphasis on organic produce.
