Gourmet Restaurant The second address of the Chavant group, whose parent company is based in Bresson, the Grenoble version is a chic brasserie, with a contemporary baroque decor in shades of gray and white. Chef Aymeric Gauthier combines market cuisine with house classics, to rediscover the region in the style of yesterday and today. À la carte, marinated salmon, dill, tzatziki, blinis and herb salad, Dubarry velouté, ham and chestnut bits, meurette-style perfect egg, langoustine ravioli, truffles and foie gras, beef cheek with cocoa jus and sweet potatoes.
